i want to get my bf something like this for his bday

Ok, one thing you should know about this type of jewelery is that it is supposed to be custom engraved, like one of my ex’s got me this exact thing, and had it engraved with Jess <3 Chris. (The <3 is a heart, btw) so it is designed to be personal, so you kinda have to get the engraving. that being said, mine was stainless steel instead of silver, which would be a lot cheaper, and is a really cool peace of jewellery. I wore it even after we were over cause it went really well with some of my clothes. As for any other type of mens jewlrey, i would agree that a gold piece is nice, especially for a chain necklace. The important thing in mens jewellery is that it is understated, never too complex and not too flashy.
